We are getting new countertops and wanted the look and convenience of these electrical pop-up outlets. They won’t be installed for a couple more weeks, but I’m happy with the wattage, look, and price. I’m really looking forward to having power on our kitchen island again, and these will be not only useful but beautiful when not in use.
The family loves our device thus far.

the pop up connectors I ordered and install are working like expectations. If i need another pop up outlet I’ll look at modern power solutions catalog again.

This is a great outlet option for an island. The price and features seem just right, the one with the counter insert is way too much money for what you get. This one is nice. I wish it had a sensor so it didn’t try and close with something plugged in.

Found the best looking, most expensive pop up outlets for my high end customer thinking everything would be fine. $2000.00, and fully installed pop ups hardly work. Im assuming these are made in china and marked up hundred of dollars.
1 out of 3 I could see not popping up correctly. But all 3 tells me everything I need to know.

From your review, it sounds like all three outlets may not be popping up correctly. In some cases, this can be caused by the installation rather than a fault with the unit itself. One common cause is that the screws on the top cap (where the push button is located) have been tightened slightly too much during installation, which can restrict the mechanism. Loosening these screws by around half a turn is often enough to resolve the problem.

Everything seems to be functioning as designed. The product felt well made and heavy. It was slightly bulky but not bad. I am very happy with it so far.
Excellent power socket for kitchen wall cupboard so I can keep my glass Splashbacks socket free. Unlike cheaper versions it can go upside down. Love it
