Works as promised and solved our powerpoint problems. Quality seems good. Would probably go for a motorised one with wireless charging next time.
We knocked out a wall for a kitchen remodel and put a large island in its place. These look fantastic, it gives my spouse a lot of options when using additional small appliances and the rest of the family being able to charge phones, tablets, and laptops while sitting at the bar.

The socket was by far the best quality and recommended one I could find, and the price was super competitive. Delivery and comms were excellent. To be honest I have not installed it yet, but my electrician was impressed with the build quality and smooth motor.
Not good, charging is extremely slow. Hours to charge anything. would appreciate a better one that actually charges.

Installation was fairly simple. It is almost invisible as it blends nicely with the Cambria countertop. The kids think it is cool as it appears from the countertop.

What is better is the service provided. I made a mistake with the address as we had just moved. I sent a message via the website and received a call not long after. The fact it was a Sunday was astounding. The address was changed on the spot. I even received a call the next day just to reconfirm. The parcel arrived at the right address. Outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend.

Charger looks wonderful and we can’t wait to use it. Contractor hasn’t installed it yet. We did notice it didn’t come with instructions. Hopefully it’s not too complicated. Will update review after install.
