We needed a solution for the new requirements of no outlets in the side of the island. Our Electrician suggested this Device. It has worked Awesome!!! It looks good in the island countertop and is very functional! It has two 110vac plugs and two USB C charging connections, The countertop installers did a good job cutting the hole in the countertop and providing the plug. The holding bracket is epoxied to the underside of the cabinet ( during this time we supported it with a wood block) The outlet has a fixed cord so we installed an outlet in the bottom of the cabinet it was installed in so it was an easy plug and play installation. The Outlet is very sturdy!! Also if you accidentally activate the lowering of the outlet with a cord plugged in it will stop and go back up! ( ask me how I know!) It takes very little pressure to operate, it's a light press up or down. We are so happy with this installation and its use! We highly recommend this pop up outlet!!!
This unit does not only look good, it makes for a talking point. Can charge phone without lifting it up.

Item came professionally boxed lots of foam packing to keep it safe. Taking it out of the box it was well made but the best thing it was plug and play. The hardest bit was boring a 65mm hole in the bench top electrician installed a power point in the cupboard under the bench and it looks great the auto up and down is very smooth and operates as it should.

Was hoping for a decent product for the money and I must day, I am pleased so far. The sockets look great in our worktop and are surprisingly low profile which is nice. Hydraulic damper raises it and is smooth and much more user friendly than a pull up one I had before. Wireless charging is just right power to charge but not melt your phone. Somewhat bulkier underneath than I’d imagined but you dont see that. Just worth being away of the size and space required below the worktop. Overall, very pleased with the sockets.
The unit is very low profile and very quiet exactly what we were looking for.

Super quick delivery on order. Good looking unit with good seal. Would have liked it to have a latch of some kind in raised position as any wieght will push it down and without a power switch on it this is in my opinion an oversight as only way to switch off power is under the bench/cupboard.
Haven’t fitted yet, but look like it will do the job that I bought it for, quality looks good. Have plugged in and tested and all works well. Can’t wait to get it in the bench!
One of the great ideas that I ever come across. Very well designed and sturdy.
Very well made, really solid, and so easy to install. Quiet in operation. Device main bore appears to be 63.7mm so a 64mm hole saw was perfect. My only advice is make sure you leave enough room versus any well for the Qi point on your phone.

Great product easy to install
Both of my units bought became faulty. One died, the other intermittenly powered itself off. No issues wirh replacements, quick turn around, proffessional responses about issues.
Great product, very smooth motor and all connections. Only slight niggle is that the cooling fan is a bit noisy.
