Perfect replacement for our 10-15 yr old pop up point ( different brand)
Installed the V3C Black Motorised Pop-Up Socket in our kitchen island and it’s been spot-on. The lift mechanism is smooth and quiet, the unit feels solidly built, and the finish looks premium against our worktop. Practical, tidy, and exactly what we wanted to keep sockets hidden when not in use. Very impressed with the quality and overall design.

Received the socket in good time. It was easy to install and works well! Suggestion: include a simple instruction manual - it wasn't (and still isn't) entirely obvious to me how to get the on/off button active!

We ordered two units. One of the two had a faulty/dead outlet, but MP replaced it quickly; good customer service. The units are beautiful, and work well.
If I had a suggestion, it would be to give you more thread for the retaining ring. There's plenty of room if you're just going through the countertop, but if you're putting it over the countertop plus a 2x6 it doesn't really reach. We found a solution but more thread would have been easier.
I have not yet installed the 'outlet'. I did test it and it works fine and for the price, it is good quality.
easy install, though I had to purchase a 3 1/8" hole, not the most common size, work perfectly right out of the box
