I had a question over its function and emailed the company, I had a reply quickly and had the information I needed. If I ever need another pop up worktop socket I would buy from this company just for customer service received. 👍

Pop up outlet is a great feature in our newly remodeled kitchen. It gives us the outlets when we need them but, hides them out of the way when not in use. The phone charging feature is very cool and we've gotten some great compliments from guests.

We received our Pop-up quickly and our installers were out within a couple days. We had our electrician out a week later and it's working amazingly. We have a 9' island, so it's going to really serve well when we have potlucks, we don't have to have them way down at the end. It works well, and having the charger for phones on the top has already been handy. We are very happy with it, and look forward to the convenience as we use it more.
Great quality product. This specific model can sit flush on the countertop and it looks fantastic! The installation was easy with the instructions provided- just have to make sure your hole is made the correct size. The plug functions great, it’s a bit though to press down so comes up but once you get the hang of it, it is easy to get used to.
We love our motorized pop-up outlet. No more cords stretched across the pathway to the counter. Very easy to install.
