Returns: Modern Power Solutions accepts returns but may charge a restocking fee depending on the circumstances. The restocking fee is 10% of the order value, and is billed to account for delivery, restocking and administration costs to accept the return. Orders will be refunded swiftly on product return.
VAT Invoice: Modern Power Solutions UK charges 20% VAT for every order; however, this is included within pricing. A VAT invoice is automatically sent via email to each customer after order placement. If the customer does not receive this automated email, they can request a VAT invoice manually.
